Do you really have the time or the expertise to replace those doors? Or put in the new light fixture that will look great above the kitchen table? How about you make this the year that deck project gets completed? And maybe the 1963 kitchen could use an update? Whatever the job, let us take care of it for you. Call for a free consultation!
If you're not looking to upgrade, but rather to maintain the home you have, you know that this can take a lot of time each year. And in many cases, it may involve skills that are a little more involved than what you can comfortably handle. We can handle gutter cleaning, moss removal, window cleaning, winterproofing, painting, power washing, etc. Let us save you time by taking care of your honey-do list.
These first 6 images are from a basement remodel in Albany. The homeowners wanted a portion of the basement converted into a bedroom, a bathroom and a 'man cave' with a secret hidden bookshelf door. This was a fun project in a lot of ways.
Does it get you thinking about possibilities for your house?
This is the new bedroom complete with egress window. Homeowner wanted to do all the painting, so that's why walls and ceiling look unfinished.
This is the hidden door, locked with an electromagnetic lock which is opened by an RFID tag (which homeowner will eventually hide in a book on the bookshelf). You'll have to know which book to use and where to place it to gain access! (And the missing piece of jamb trim was installed, FYI!)
This home needed a complete update - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring throughout, lighting, garage. This set of pictures shows the before, and the next gallery shows the after.
(Keen eyes may note the popcorn ceiling, which of course contained asbestos. We worked with the great team at Alpine Abatement to have all of that safely removed!)
Dated tile entry with damaged tiles
The kitchen was original from the late 1960s
The first pic is the hall bath after remodel, and the 2nd pic is the master bath.
Solid oak flooring through the whole house (except bathrooms), and all new LED light fixtures throughout
We also installed new interior doors, repaired and painted the entire interior (and exterior, which is not shown here), all new hardware, new closet doors - pretty much everything except new windows and roof!
The fence and deck at this house were in need of serious love, so we came and replaced both. Would you like your outdoor area to look a whole lot better (and be safer!)? Call us!
This custom backyard sauna has a full cedar sauna side (with an electric heater that can be used dry or with steam) as well as an adjoining shower / changing area. The homeowner states he uses it multiple times a week, and has lost 30 pounds, regrown lost hair, lowered his blood pressure, and has more friends than ever because of this sauna! (Veracity of this set of claims cannot be verified at th
The total footprint of this is only 6 ft wide and about 12 ft long - you don't need a ton of yard space to make this little retreat a reality!
